At any rate, I've already gotten in 3 solid days at the gym this week, working on my fitness... Trying to mix it up, more running, elliptical machine work, and some pick up hoops... This sub zero shit is only temporary, and before you know it the next group ride up Kensington road hill in our new kits will be here! Time to get it on, in depressing conditions or not!
